have reviewed the above and confirm all information is correct. I am aware of National Compressor Exchange's policies with regards to warranties as per the warranty policy and I am aware that I'm required to submit information to ascertain that warranty procedures have been followed properly. Warranty evaluation is reviewed by National Compressor and an inspection report will be submitted detailing reason of failure.

I understand that NCE policy is to invoice both the advanced compressor and the core compressors are to be paid in FULL before the failed compressor is returned and the original warranty serial number is verified. If after our inspection we find that there is nothing wrong with the compressor, you will be charged full price for the replacement. Because of this we urge you to have your technician to go over in detail by analyzing the problem to make certain the compressor is defective. Maximum time limit for return is 30 days. After 30 days, you will only receive a core credit.

NOTE: The return compressor must be returned (with the RMA # clearly marked on the compressor and paperwork) to the factory completely sealed and flanged. Copeland compressors equipped with a module must be returned with a module. CAUTION: Return the module with the Copeland compressor to avoid immediate void of warranty. A compressor that is returned unflanged or internally rusted will not be considered a warranty. A compressor removed from service and has no internal damage is not considered a warranty. Compressors with external electrical damage caused by power supply, loose connections, oxidized connectors or bad load wires are not considered warranties. A compressor overcharged with oil or ran with no oil or has a blown relief valve is not considered an in-warranty failure. WARRANTY CONSIDERATION WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO LOSS OF PHASE (SINGLE PHASE), PART-PHASE FAILURE (WELDED ONE CONTACTOR OR POINTS) AND BAD TIME DELAY ELECTRICAL WHICH WOULD CAUSE ELECTRICAL FAILURE!! On all Copeland compressors with modules qualifying for no charge will be charged for the new module and freight.
